Oscar-winning director Robert Zemeckis ("Forrest Gump") is reteaming
with "Who Framed Roger Rabbit" scribes Peter Seamen and Jeffrey
Price to develop "Bad Trout" for Universal
Pictures. The film, which Zemeckis will direct as well as produce, concerns
a series of strange events at a presidential fishing retreat. No start date
or cast are set, but sources said Zemeckis expects to make the film his
next movie after "Contact," his current picture for Warner Bros.
